Course Instructor and Career Mentor: Bisli Vazquez
She is married to Pablo Vazquez and is a proud mother of two intelligent, loving sons, Pablo and Ramon. At the age of fifteen, Bisli embarked on a career as a professional runway and TV commercial model. Her passion for the arts led her to study theater at Panama's National School of Theater and attend the Prada Academy of Modeling, Protocol, and Etiquette. She further honed her skills by graduating from the Event and Floral Design School in California and the Floral Design School in Atlanta. At 23, she competed in Miss Panama for Miss World, earning the title of Miss Congeniality, which helped her overcome her shyness.
As the owner and creative designer of Bisli Event Service LLC in San Antonio, Texas, Bisli has spent three decades creating joy through her planning, floral, and event design expertise. Her diverse background in fashion, design, theater, fitness, nutrition, marketing, sales, and management, combined with her natural talent, allows her to craft distinctive and exquisite events and floral installations.
Bisli's work has been featured in magazines, blogs, and television shows globally, including Platinum Weddings on WETV, Top Chef on BRAVO TV, and CNN with Cala. Her global conferences, seminars, and presentations in venues like the Terry Fator Theatre at Mirage and the Paris Hotel Las Vegas have significantly impacted the celebration industry.
Bisli is also an esteemed educator and instructor for Lovegevity, where she provides internships and mentoring to students pursuing careers in floral design. Her commitment to hands-on learning and professional development ensures that her students receive the best possible education and practical experience, setting them up for future success in the industry.
